MONSOON MOISTURE WHICH MOVED NORTH OVER OREGON YESTERDAY NOW
DRIFTING SLOWLY EAST OVER EASTERN OREGON AND WESTERN IDAHO THIS
MORNING. WEAK UPPER LEVEL LOW VISIBLE ON WATER VAPOR CENTERED OVER
SOUTHWEST OREGON HAS BEEN SUPPORTING THUNDERSTORMS IN THE MONSOON
CLOUDS OVERNIGHT AND INTO THIS MORNING. EVERYTHING MOVING VERY
SLOWLY TOWARD THE EAST IN WEAK WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT AND WILL PROBABLY
TAKE A COUPLE DAYS TO CROSS IDAHO. AIRMASS IS MOIST BUT JUST
MARGINALLY UNSTABLE. WITH CLOUDS DEGRADING SURFACE HEATING AND LACK
OF GOOD DYNAMIC SUPPORT EXPECT NO SEVERE WEATHER IN OUR CWA TODAY.
DO EXPECT ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH STRONG
GUSTY WINDS AS A FEW RAWS SITES HAVE REPORTED SUCH OVERNIGHT. HAVE
ALREADY UPDATED ZONES TO INCLUDE SHOWERS WITH LOW POPS AND SLIGHTLY
LOWER MAX TEMPERATURES TODAY.  /JT
