ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA TODAY AND TONIGHT. THIS DISTURBANCE WILL BE AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THESE CONDITIONS WILL CAUSE THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP AND SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE.
