THE COLD FRONT THAT WAS EXPECTED TO PRODUCE A THREAT OF ISOLATED
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON HAD PUSHED SOUTH OF THE AREA BY
NOON. NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BRING MORE STABLE CONDITIONS TO
MUCH OF EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA THIS AFTERNOON AND THUS THE THREAT OF
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS HAS DIMINISHED. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
STILL POSSIBLE ALONG AND SOUTH OF A KINSTON...NEW BERN...BAYBORO
LINE BUT NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED.
