SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE EXITED TO THE EAST. WILL LEAVE A LOW
CHC POP FOR THIS AFTN FOR A SHRA OR TSRA.

SEE LITTLE REASON TO CHANGE THE CURRENT TEMP FORECAST. OBSERVATIONS
SHOW THE WARM FRONT HAS HAD PUSH NORTHWARD THRU WESTERN NEW
YORK...BUT LITTLE PUSH TO THE EAST AGAINST THE CAD SIGNATURE SEEN
ACROSS EASTERN NEW YORK AND PENNSYLVANIA. WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE THE
WARM TEMPS IN THE FAR WEST ZONES AND PARTLY SUNNY FOR THIS AFTN IN
THE WESTERN SOUTHERN TIER AND FINGER LAKES. SAT PIX SHOW THE
CLEARING HAS MADE IT TO THE DOOR STEP OF OF THIS AREA...SO HOPEFULLY
IT WILL KEEP MOVING ONE STEP FURTHER TO THE EAST.

HYDROWISE...FLOOD WARNING FOR TIOUGHNIOGA RIVER AT CORTLAND AND
WATCH REMAINS FOR AREAS EXPECTED TO BE AFFECTED BY FLOODING IN
SUSQUEHANNA RIVER BASIN. WE ARE EVALUATING NEW DATA THIS MORNING FOR
