SUSTAINED AT 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 50 MPH AT RENO AIRPORT AND IN
WASHOE VALLEY. RIDGETOP WINDS IN TAHOE AREA RUNNING 80-100 MPH FROM
SW THIS EVENING. SNOW FALLING HEAVILY ON WRN SLOPES OF SIERRA WITH
1-2 INCHES PER HOUR NOTED AT BLUE CANYON AND FROM REMOTE AUTOMATED
MEASURING SITES IN TAHOE AREA ABOVE 8000 FEET. EXPECT A FOOT OR MORE
