SOUTHEAST INTO MONO COUNTY OVERNIGHT. LOCALLY STRONG WINDS ARE
EXPECTED AHEAD AND WITH THE COLD FRONT. VERTICAL MOTION DECREASES
OVER NE CA BY 12Z AND THE TAHOE AREA SHORTLY AFTER AND MONO COUNTY
BY 18Z. THE FAST MOVING SYSTEM LEAVES ABOUT AN INCH OF WATER
EQUIVALENT OVER THE EASTERN SIERRA AND PERHAPS SLIGHTLY MORE NEAR
