INSTABILITY BY THIS AFTERNOON WITH LI'S AT -5 AND CAPES TO 1400
J/KG...SO SCATTERED POPS LOOK GOOD. WINDS ARE FORECAST TO INCREASE
TO 20-25 KTS UP TO 700 MB. WE WILL MIX OUT WELL TODAY SO WILL BUMP
