TO BE THE MAIN FORECAST PROBLEM TODAY. MODELS REMAIN SOMEWHAT
INCONSISTENT WITH SHORT TERM DETAILS. ETA BRINGS A VORTICITY CENTER
ACROSS SOUTHERN ALBERTA BY MIDDAY. ASSOCIATED SURFACE LOW PRESSURE
GRADIENTS REMAIN TIGHT FOR GUSTY WINDS. H7 WIND SPEEDS HAVE COME
DOWN FROM PREVIOUS RUNS. WILL CONTINUE HIGH WIND WARNING FOR THE
ROCKY MOUNTAIN FRONT AND ADJACENT PLAINS BUT WILL DROP THE WATCH
FOR THE EASTERN ZONES. WIND SPEEDS DECREASE THIS AFTERNOON BUT
REMAIN GUSTY TONIGHT AS ANOTHER SURFACE LOW TRACKS ACROSS SOUTHERN
CANADA. WARM ADVECTION TODAY PUSHES AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES OVER THE
50 DEGREE MARK SOME AREAS WITH READINGS REMAINING WARM MONDAY.
