SWRN MO.  RUC/MESOETA ARE PICKING UP ON THIS SHOWING SUBSTANIAL
925-850MB WAA/MOISTURE CONVERGENCE/THETA-E ADVECTION SETTING UP
ALONG THE MS RIVER BY 12Z.  FORECAST SOUNDINGS SHOWING SOME CIN AT
