DENSE FOG ADVISORY HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.  FORECAST CHALLENGE THIS
AFTERNOON ARE PRECIP CHANCES AND TEMP.
THE FOG AND CEILINGS HAVE IMPROVED CONSIDERABLY SINCE 900 AM OVER
MUCH OF OUR CWA.  VISIBILITIES WERE GREATER THAN TWO MILES IN MOST
LOCATIONS...AND CEILINGS OVER THOUSAND FEET.  THE LATEST MESOETA
MODEL CONTINUES THE SENARIO WITH DYNAMICS SPLITTING OVER THE UPPER
MIDWEST.  THE MAIN INSTABLITY WILL LIE SOUTH OF MN TDA. SHORTWAVE
TROUGH AND SURFACE FRONTAL BOUNDARY MOVING ACROSS THE CWA TODAY.
SCATTERED SHRA/TSRA HAVE ALREADY SPREADED INTO SOUTH CENTRAL AND
CENTRAL MN.  PREVIOUS FORECAST STILL LOOKS GOOD...SO ONLY MINOR
CHANGES TO THE FORECAST.
