CONCERN THIS FORECAST.

AGREE WITH HPC THAT MOST OF AREA WILL BE UNDER THREAT FOR AT LEAST
ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN NEXT 24 HOURS OR SO. MODELS OF COURSE DRAW
HEAVIEST AMTS IN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT AREAS. ETA A BIT FURTHER
SOUTH...NGM IN THE MIDDLE AND AVM FURTHEST NORTH. APPEARS VORT MAX
OVER NWRN CO WILL BE A BIT FURTHER NORTH THAN ETA/MESO ETA FCST IN
THE SHORTER TERM...PER LATEST WV SAT PIX.  MAY BE MORE LIKE RUCII

Heavy rains earlier on the 17th caused Soldier Creek to overflow and produce moderate flooding in northern Shawnee county. The flooding was to mostly agricultural areas near the creek.
