MB AT 06Z.  ETA/NGM/AVN EACH INITIALIZED WELL WITH LOCATION AND
STRENGTH OF SFC LOW AT 06Z.  SHORT RANGE MODELS ARE CONSISTENT IN
KEEPING SYSTEM OVR ERN LK SUP THRU 00Z FRI...THEN MOVING IT TO E
THRU SAT.  STRONG HIGH PRES BUILDS SE INTO LWR MO VLY ERLY SAT AND
THEN TO CNTRL APPALACHIANS BY 00Z MON.

WITH SYSTEM REMAINING OVR ERN LK SUP NEXT 24 HRS STRONG WINDS WILL
REMAIN WLY ACROSS KIWX CWA.  SYSTEM WILL START TO FILL THURS NIGHT SO
GRAD AND RESULTANT WINDS WILL WEAKEN.  WILL CONT HIGH WIND WARNING
FOR NRN 2/3 OF CWA WITH WINDS STILL PROGGED TO BE 30 TO 40 MPH TODAY
WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.  ADVIS STILL LOOKS GOOD FOR SRN 1/3 OF CWA.
WINDS WILL START TO DROP TONIGHT AND CONT TO WEAKEN DURING DAY ON
FRI.  LK MI SFC TO H8 LAPSE RATES WILL BE 15 TO 20 DEG C THRU SAT
OVER NRN HALF OF CWA.  BECAUSE OF THIS WILL CONT WITH CHC OF
SHSN/SHRA TODAY ENTIRE CWA AND NRN ZNS THRU SAT.  HOWEVER DO NOT
EXPECT ANY ACCUMULATING LES DUE TO STRONG WIND SPEEDS.  ANY LES BANDS
THAT FORM WILL HAVE A HARD TIME STAYING TOGETHER.  MISFWA AVAIL.
