Fall storm brought strong winds to the lower elevations of north central Idaho. Wind gusts up to 55 mph were recorded in Grangeville, and up to 52 mph near Orofino. In Lemhi County, Skull Gulch had wind gusts between 58 to 66 mph during the early morning hours.
