CLOUDINESS TO TURN SOMEWHAT OPEN CELLULAR THE RIDGES PROXIMITY
HAS STILL GENERATED A STRONG TEMPERATURE INVERSION AT A LOW 3000
FEET OVER HILO SUPPORTING THEIR NEARLY DRY OVERNIGHT...STATEWIDE
SHOWERS SHOULD BE ISOLATED. MEANWHILE STRENGTHENING HIGH PRESSURE TO
