Renewed flooding occurred on the Quinnipiac River. Flows remained well above normal after the previous week's flooding, and a storm system brought 2 to 3 inches of rain to Hartford County. The river crested at 4.4 feet at 10 pm on the 20th (flood stage is 3.5 feet). There were no reports of flood damage.
