Strong winds ahead of a cold front blew down a large scaffolding at a construction site in El Jebel. The scaffolding was destroyed. The only person who was on the scaffolding when it collapsed was seriously injured.

AND HI CLOUDS OVER WRN CO AND ERN UT BY SUNRISE. EXPECTING ANOTHER
CLOUDY BUT MILD DAY ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA ONLY LIGHT SCTD ORGPHC
SNOW SHOWERS OVER HIR MTNS FAVORED IN SW FLOW.

STRONG VORT MAX EJECTING FROM LOW OFF CA WITH LARGE AREA OF COOLING
TOPS AND SGFNT PCPN ASSOCIATED WITH IT. REMNANT OF THIS FEATURE
SHOULD GET DRAW NE BY DEFORMATION ZONE NOW OVER SE ID AND NRN
ROCKIES. WHERE THE CA LOW WILL GO AND HOW FAST IT WILL GO THERE ARE
THE MAIN FCST PROBLEMS THIS MORNING. SEVERAL SHORT WAVES AND A STRONG
JET WEST AND NW OF LOW CENTER ARE EVIDENT ON SATELLITE IMAGERY. THESE
SHOULD KEEP THE LOW CENTER DUMBELLING TO THE SSE FOR THE NEXT 24 HRS
BEFORE FINALING STARTING A ENE PUSH.

MODELS COMING TOGETHER ON TIMING THIS STORM MOVEMENT...BUT DIFFER ON
PARTICULARS OF MOISTURE DEPTH AND STRENGTH OF COLD ADVCTN REACHING
CO/UT.  ETA IS FASTEST AS IT SHOWS STORM BEGINNING TO AFFECT THE AREA
IN A BIG WAY THIS EVENING...WHILE AVN HOLDS BACK UNTIL LATE TONIGHT
OR WED MORNING. RIGHT NOW...WITH AS MANY INTERSTING THINGS HAPPENING
WEST OF THE LOW...WILL TEND TO BLV THE SLOWER SOLN AND THINK THE
STORM MAY MOVE EVEN SLOWER THAN AVN PREDICTS. RUNNING THE ORGPHC
SNOW MODEL USING AVN DATA FOR WED AND WED NGT PRODUCED HIGH SNOW
ADVY LEVEL SNOWFALL FOR ALL OF SWRN CO AS WELL AS ZONES 17/9/12 IN
CNTRL CO. AFTER CONFERRING WITH PUB...WE REACHED CONSENSUS NOT TO
ISSUE A W.S. WATCH AT THIS TIME. IF STORM SLOWS THEN WEAKENS BEFORE
IT GETS HERE...A SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW ADVY MAY WORK OUT WELL...BUT
ITS STILL A LITTLE TOO EARLY TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH A WATCH.

THRU MUCH OF THE EXTENDED...IT APPEARING LOW-MID LVL MOISTURE NEVER
REALLY DISAPPEARS...WITH MINOR IMPULSES TRAVELING THROUGH EVERY 24
HRS /CENTERED AT ABOUT 12Z EACH DAY/ THRU SAT ON A RELATIVELY FLAT
RIDGE. SHOULD BRING MORE CLOUDS THAN PCPN DUE TO VERY WK DYNAMICS.
RIDGE APPEARS TO BEGIN SHIFTING EAST BY MON SO WILL CONTINUE
CURRENT TREND OF INCREASE PCPN CHCS MON.     CUOCO
