SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH TONIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY. SNOW ABOVE 3500 FEET. PARTLY CLOUDY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY UNDER WEAK HIGH PRESSURE. SHOWERS FROM THE NEXT STORM MAY
BEGIN TO MOVE IN ON SUNDAY.

EXTENDED THE WSW FOR THE MOUNTAINS UNTIL 9 PM LOCAL TIME THIS
EVENING.
88D AND SATELLITE IMAGERY CONTINUES TO SHOW BANDS OF SHOWERS OVER
THE COASTAL WATERS MOVING MOSTLY INTO SAN DIEGO COUNTY AT THIS TIME.
MOST OF THE ACTIVITY OVER ORANGE COUNTY AND INLAND EMPIRE APPEAR TO
BE ON THE DECREASE. STILL HAVE TO WATCH FOR SOME ISLAND TRAINING
EFFECT THAT COULD IMPACT THOSE AREAS. THE BANDS OF SHOWERS MOVING.
UPPER LOW NEAR COAST BETWEEN LAX AND SBA BASED ON SATELLITE IMAGERY.
12Z MODELS IN FAIRLY GOOD AGREEMENT WITH THIS LOW DRIFTING SLOWLY
EASTWARD ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA THROUGH WEDNESDAY THEN FURTHER
EAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. POSITION OF THE LOW ON WEDNESDAY
WOULD FAVOR KEEPING INSTABILITY SHOWERS OVER THE CWFA THROUGH MOST
OF WEDNESDAY. EXPECT THE SHOWERS TO END WEST OF THE MOUNTAINS
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BUT WRAP AROUND MOISTURE COULD KEEP AT LEAST THE SBD
