SO FAR SPEEDS ARE JUST BELOW ADVISORY CRITERIA OVER THE KERN DESERTS AND HAVE ISSUED NOWCASTS TO COVER. WILL CLOSELY MONITOR FOR POSSIBLE ADVISORY ISSUANCE. SKIES REMAIN MAINLY CLEAR OVER THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AND KERN DESERTS...WITH MAIN AREA OF CLOUDS CONFINED TO THE FOOTHILLS AS STRONG NORTHWEST FLOW KEEPS MOISTURE BANKED UP.
