Widely scattered thunderstorms developed over southern portions of Pecos County, northern portions of Brewster County, and over eastern portions of Presidio County. Thunderstorms remained nearly stationary during the evening of June 10. The radio station in Alpine reported Texas Highway 118 was closed north of the city of Alpine due to flooding.
