Heavy rains brought the Chenango River at Greene and the Susquehanna River at Bainbridge, Conklin, Vestal, and Waverly above flood stage on the 4th. The flooding was minor with mainly fields along the rivers flooded. The flooding also led to a few road closures. The rivers receded to below flood stage by the 7th.
