Strong gradient winds of 20-30 mph persisted through the day. Instability thunderstorm developed in the afternoon. Though the thunderstorms did not appear to be strong, the combination of the gradient wind and the thunderstorm outflow produced near severe winds of 50-60 mph.

Several trees were uprooted due to strong winds. One of which fell on a young girl and injured her. She was sent to the hospital and survived.
