North and South Cottonwood Creeks flooded portions of CR 129, CR 95, CR 121, and CR 124. The water on Joy Road (CR 95) was up to 5 feet deep. Flooding from this event did not recede until the evening of 6/22.

Strong winds blew over a mobile home and rolled it approximately 25 feet. A man and a dog were inside the mobile home. The man was treated at a local hospital for a minor concussion and multiple bruises. A storage building (10x12 ft) was also blown over during the event.
