The second winter storm in less than a week brought the region to a standstill again as 6 to 14 inches of snow fell over a 2 day period. Glasgow broke a record 24 hour season snowfall total with 12.1 inches of snow between the 5th and 6th. Blizzard conditions were reported in the eastern counties along the North Dakota border on the 7th as sustained winds increased into the 25 to 40 mph range.
