Low pressure tracking northeastward along the Maine coast brought locally heavy snows to the region. Total storm accumulations of 7 to 10 inches were reported. Lesser accumulations of 3 to 6 inches fell across Downeast areas where the snow mixed with sleet and freezing rain.
