The Skillet Fork River went above flood stage at Wayne City, Illinois. A stationary front over the region from the 16th to the 20th produced several rounds of thunderstorms. The Skillet Fork crested at 18.7 feet on the evening of the 25th, which was over 3 feet above the 15-foot flood stage. No reports of property damage were received.
