In the city of San Luis Obispo, the winds blew out the windows in an unoccupied mobile home, as well as destroyed part of a car port. In Nipomo, a weather spotter reported sustained winds of 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph. Also, the strong winds produced widespread power outages.
