A wind sensor at an elevation of 11,500 feet in the San Fransico Peaks recorded a peak wind gust of 88 MPH at 115 AM. The wind sensor was damaged. During the afternoon, a stoplight was blown down in Kayenta and blowing dust reduced the visibility to less than 500 feet.
