Heavy rain on the 5th caused street flooding at the intersection of Route 24 and Route 122, eight and a half miles south of the City of Bedford and flooded Goose Creek onto adjacent roads, 10.5 miles south of the City of Bedford.High winds downed a tree onto State Route 863, 10 miles north of Danville.
