High Wind in Oregon, December 8 to 9, 1999
Strong winds along the north and central Oregon coast were the result of another strong Pacific frontal system moving through the area. Sea Lion Caves reported gusts to 59 mph and Bouy 050 (near Newport) reported gusts to 60 mph.
