Severe thunderstorms which formed across portions of central and southwest Oklahoma during the afternoon and early evening of the 19th knocked down large tree limbs onto a van in Waurika in Jefferson County, and produced heavy rainfall which caused street flooding on D Ave in Waurika, and caused the Delaware Creek in Caddo County to flood at various locations between Cement and Anadarko.
