Flash Flooding and Damaging Wind in Oklahoma, June 19, 1999
Thunderstorms formed over portions of central Oklahoma during the morning of the 19th. Three power poles were snapped off and fell onto Breckenridge Road 4 miles west of Garber in Garfield County, while in Noble County, water was reported to be covering portions of Highway 15 east of Billings.

Thunderstorms formed over portions of central Oklahoma during the morning of the 19th. Three power poles were snapped off and fell onto Breckenridge Road 4 miles west of Garber in Garfield County, while in Noble County, water was reported to be covering portions of Highway 15 east of Billings. In Kay County, widespread street flooding occurred in Blackwell, and portions of Interstate 35 and Highway 11 were reported to be covered by water.
