Coordinates: 40.910, -96.141 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

Heavy rain of 2 to 4 inches fell over most of Cass county in a 6 hour period ending around 800 am on the 27th. This caused extensive flooding along Weeping Water Creek on the 27th which washed out 8 county roads and heavily damaged one bridge. The Creek crested at 27.4 feet around 4pm on the 27th at Union...flood stage is 25 feet.
