Heavy rain in the upper portions of the Blue River on the 10th and 11th caused minor lowland flooding of the Big Blue River around Crete and of the West Fork of the Big Blue River near Dorchester. The river reached 19.7 feet at Crete during the morning hours of 6/13/99, flood stage is 18 feet. The West Fork reached 17.1 feet at Dorchester at 230 am cst on 6/12/99, flood stage is 15 feet.
