Strong winds overturned half of a double-wide manufactured home as it was being towed across the Blatnik Bridge between Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin. Other reports were received of downed trees and power lines in southern St. Louis county during the day. Automated wind-measuring equipment at Duluth International Airport recorded a peak wind gust of 48 MPH in the early afternoon. The average wind speed for the day was over 22 MPH.
