Another intense low pressure system moved across the Central Plains and produced another round of high winds over the area. In Abilene a steel covering was blown off its moorings onto gas pumps at a service station, a large antenna was blown onto a garage, and the roof was stripped from a business damaging a vehicle.

Another intense low pressure system moved across the Central Plains and produced another round of high winds over the area. In Abilene a steel covering was blown off its moorings onto gas pumps at a service station, a large antenna was blown onto a garage, and the roof was stripped from a business damaging a vehicle. Minor damage also occurred in the town of Washington when strong winds blew down a tree which landed on the roofs of 2 houses.

Several reports of damage occurred in Abilene where a steel covering was knocked off its moorings and onto gas pumps at a service station. A large antenna was blown over onto a garage and a roof was stripped from a business damaging a vehicle. Damage was also reported in Washington when strong winds blew down a tree which landed on the roofs of both homes.
