Strong winds and snowfall produced near white-out conditions in the eastern fringe of the Western Magic Valley. Blowing snow reduced visibilities to less than 1/4 mile causing numerous minor accidents and road slide-offs. Interstate 84 between Twin Falls and Burley was closed during the afternoon by the storm.
