Severe thunderstorms with hail, heavy downpours and strong winds ripped through Utah county. Homes were flooded in the Orem area. Several funnel clouds were spotted in the Provo area. A roof collapsed on a health club due to the winds and heavy rain. About an inch of rain occurred in an hours time according to spotters in the area.
