Heavy rains in the overnight hours produced flash flooding in parts of Toa alta, Vega Baja, Manati, Caguas and Ciales. In Toa Alta several roads were completed flooded as Cibuco river overflowed its banks.

Heavy rains in the overnight hours produced flash flooding in parts of Toa alta, Vega Baja, Manati, Caguas and Ciales. In Toa Alta several roads were completed flooded as Cibuco river overflowed its banks. Landslides were reported in some sectors of Toa Alta. In San Juan the Tortugo sector twelve homes were isolated by the rains.
