A strong Pacific low pressure system caused windy conditions from the southern Oregon coast inland to the Klamath basin. Non-thunderstorm winds tore the roof of an outbuilding near the Klamath Falls airport. At the coast wind gusts ranged from 62 mph at Bandon in Coos County to 93 mph at Cape Blanco in Curry County.
