During the late evening hours of May 6, thunderstorms with torrential rain produced flash flooding across the northeast portion of Greene County. At the Hamlet of New Baltimore, Church Street was washed out and State Highway 144 was closed. Underpasses were flooded in Coxsackie along with many basements.
