Low pressure off the Mid-Atlantic coast produced several inches of rain across southern Albany County. The rain fell on fairly wet ground and forced the Hannacroix Creek below the Alcove Dam to flood. Flooding occurred in the Town of Coeymans along State Highway 143 and County Highway 102.
