Thunderstorms moved over the Hopkinsville area, which received copious amounts of rain and major flash flooding 24 hours earlier. Rainfall amounts of an inch or two per hour caused a renewal of flooding problems. In Todd County, Highway 104 between Highway 181 and Highway 41 was impassable and closed. Water was over several other roads in Todd County.
