Damaging Winds in Illinois, November 10, 1998
Thunderstorm wind gusts caused damage at a couple of homes just west of Sorento. 3/4 of a garage was blown away and a picture window blown out at one home while a 30 by 70 foot garage was destroyed at another.

Thunderstorm wind gusts caused damage at a couple of homes just west of Sorento. 3/4 of a garage was blown away and a picture window blown out at one home while a 30 by 70 foot garage was destroyed at another. A pick-up truck inside the garage was overturned landing on top of a all-terrain vehicle. In Greenville, trees and power lines were downed a couple of mobile homes damaged.
