A severe thunderstorm developed over Peach county around noon EST. The Peach county EMA reported several homes and trees were damaged in the Majestic Oak subdivision on the south side of Byron. A three car garage was destroyed and part of a roof was torn away. Another home across the street was was damaged when a tree was blown onto its roof. Other homes sustained minor to moderate damage. There were several reports of a funnel cloud. Dime size hail was also reported.

The severe thunderstorm continued into Bibb county from near Wilson Airport to around Macon. A trailer was knocked off its foundation. Other homes had roof damage and trees were knocked over.
