Thunderstorms accompanied by some heavy rain caused some urban and poor drainage flooding across northeastern parts of Philadelphia and the lower part of Bucks County. A SKYWARN SPOTTER reported 1.69 inches of rain fell in 30 minutes in Philadelphia and an off duty National Weather Service Employee reported 1.64 inches of rain fell in 30 minutes in Levittown in Bucks County.
