The tornado tracked through wooded farmlands, so damage was relatively light. The most severe damage occurred to a mobile home and a log home located about 500 feet apart. The mobile home practically disintegrated. The entire structure was lifted from its site and deposited 50 to 100 feet away as a pile of debris. The log home was completely unroofed. Considerable damage occurred to the walls and interior of the log home. Two occupants of the log home who had taken shelter in a small room near the exterior of the house were injured. They sustained very minor cuts and bruises due to falling debris. Several other homes in the area received minor damage. Vehicles were thrown into each other. Numerous trees were down. The maximum winds in this tornado were close to F-3 intensity, probably near 150 MPH.
