Rain changed to snow across northern Coos county after a low pressure center moved across the area and strong northwesterly winds brought in colder air. Snow continued throughout much of the day as upslope winds continued. Generally, snowfall amounts were in the 6 to 10 inch range across northern Coos county with little or no accumulation elsewhere in the state.
