An unanounced release of water from the Barton Dam resulted in the Huron River rising above its 15 foot flood stage at 0530 am EST on the 26th. The river crested at 15.3 feet at 6 am EST on the 26th, and fell back below flood stage at 730 am EST on the 26th.
