SNOW OCCASIONALLY FELL AT THE RATE OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR. STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH THE SNOW TO CAUSE SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING...WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACROSS THE COUNTY RANGED FROM 6 TO 8 INCHES.
