Heavy thunderstorm rain caused flooding of streets, streams and low lying areas. Dozens of roads were closed. Two underpasses flooded in Saegertown, with water over the roof of a car stuck in one of them. In Conneautville, houses and businesses were flooded and a creek was out of its banks.
